1. Introduction

Welcome to Islamabad Airport Transfers (the “Service” or the “Site”). By using our Site and/or submitting a booking request, you (“User”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our Service.

2. Service Description

  1. We provide an online booking form where you can request private airport transfers to or from Islamabad International Airport (ISB) and locations in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and surrounding areas.
  2. You can enter your pickup location, drop-off location, travel date and time, and any additional instructions (e.g. flight number, luggage details, special requirements).
  3. Based on this information, the Site may display a fare estimate for your reference. This estimate is not a confirmed or final fare.
  4. You then provide your name, phone number, and email address so we can contact you (call, SMS, or WhatsApp) to confirm booking details, vehicle type, and final price.
  5. We do not process payments online through the Site. Payment methods (e.g. cash, transfer, or other options) are agreed during confirmation and settled directly with us or the driver.
  6. All bookings are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to accept, modify, or reject any booking request at our discretion.

3. Data Collection & Privacy

  4. User Responsibilities

    • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information so that we can contact you and deliver the Service properly.

4. Booking Terms

  1. Fare Estimates

    • Any price shown on the Site is a non-binding estimate based on distance, route, vehicle type, and basic assumptions.
    • The final fare may differ due to factors such as:
      • Route changes or additional stops
      • Waiting time at pickup
      • Tolls, parking charges, or access fees
      • Last-minute changes to your trip details

  2. Booking Confirmation

    • Submitting the form on the Site is a request, not a confirmed booking.
    • A booking is only considered confirmed once we contact you (via phone, WhatsApp, or email), review your details, and explicitly confirm the ride.
    • If we cannot reach you after reasonable attempts, your request may be delayed, placed on hold, or canceled.

  3. Changes & Cancellation by You

    • If you need to change or cancel your booking, you must notify us as early as possible using the contact details provided at the time of booking (phone, WhatsApp, or email).
    • Very late changes or cancellations (e.g. close to pickup time) may not be accepted and may lead to refusal of service or waiting charges at our discretion.

  4. Changes & Cancellation by Us

    • We may cancel or modify a booking due to:
      • Vehicle breakdown or unavailability
      • Safety concerns or extreme weather
      • Incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided by you
      • Other unforeseen operational issues
    • In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and, where possible, offer an alternative solution.

  5. Driver & Passenger Conduct

    • You must ensure you and your passengers:
      • Respect the driver and the vehicle
      • Follow all local laws (e.g. seatbelt rules)
      • Do not cause damage, excessive mess, or unsafe situations
    • The driver has the right to refuse service if passengers are abusive, threatening, under the influence in a dangerous way, or otherwise unsafe.

5. User Conduct

  1. You agree to use the Site and the Service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  2. You must not submit false, fraudulent, or intentionally misleading booking information.
  3. You must not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security or functionality of the Site or any related systems.
  4. Any misuse of the Service may result in refusal of current and future bookings.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

  1. Service Provided "As Is"

    • The Site and Service are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties or guarantees of any kind, whether express or implied (including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement).

  2. Limitation of Liability

    • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Islamabad Airport Transfers shall not be liable for:
      • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
      • Loss of time, missed flights, or additional expenses resulting from delays, traffic, accidents, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control
      • Any actions or omissions by third-party drivers or partners beyond what we can reasonably oversee
    • Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability in relation to any booking will not exceed the total amount paid (if any) for that specific transfer.

  3. Indemnification

    • You agree to indemnify and hold Islamabad Airport Transfers harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:
      • Your use or misuse of the Site or Service
      • Your breach of these Terms & Conditions
      • Any claim related to conduct by you or passengers under your booking

7. Intellectual Property

  1. All text, graphics, logos, design elements, and other content on the Site are the property of Islamabad Airport Transfers or are used under license.
  2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site solely for requesting and managing airport transfers.
  3. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

8. Modifications to the Terms

We may update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on the Site and will become effective when published. Your continued use of the Site or Service after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
